very good but you can appreciate it's not real leather!

Protection:
good compromise between thickness and finality that is certainly not dampen a bowling ball!
Allows you to carry the iPad in a bag is in worry scratches!

the handle can be useful to those who use mobility provided to hold the iPad horizontally, and be handed to take with the left hand to exceed the fingers to grasp the other side.
