The build quality is impeccable - nothing rattles - Nothing falls from the first open - Nothing smells sharp plastic.
The lamp can look very sophisticated despite the plastic sheath. This may perhaps be related to it, this is a brand (LiteXpress) and no plagiarism / no-name product is.
As an accessory, even three AAA batteries and a small German-speaking guide are included.
The handling is very simple. Just the batteries via a lateral drawer Insert and select a push button on the side of one of the three possible light modes:
1 LED = 100 h. Operating time, 3 LED = 35 hrs. And every 7 LED = 18 hrs. Specified operating time. But this I could not even try out in practice.
The light output is good even with a switched-LED, 7 LED all are really very bright.
The headband is made of rubber and can be adjusted in width, like the headband. Thus, it is well suited for both large as well as small heads. The rear part of the lamp, which rests on the end is padded and the lamp can be adjusted vertically so that, for example, while hiking the trail can be well illuminated. Since the lamp by 3 batteries though is not difficult, but a mind of its own weight has, it is perhaps not suitable for continuous operation, except you pull the fastening strap very tight, then perhaps ... :) Otherwise, it quite small and compact.
Overall, I must say, this headlamp is a high quality product at a very good price / performance ratio.
So it should be, because other manufacturers could use a page from their book !!!
