Very good quality, very nice balance

This knife blade "in French" (as opposed to blades profile of many German professional knives) and also has the distinction of having a very broad blade. It's very convenient to pick up the pieces, but it facilitates the adhesion of certain foods, so think about keeping a bucket of water nearby.

The blade is very well made, the whole is very well balanced (you can also remove weights at the end of the handle for those who prefer a heavier blade) and the weight of the knife is rather low given its size . You can work longer without fatigue.
The braided handle carbon coating brings true meaning nothing special but it's true that it's aesthetics. The neck profile is well in hand, even with large paws.

Overall, and after a few months of daily use, I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. This is a knife that is not too expensive and is of excellent craftsmanship. I highly recommend it.
