I, who was accustomed to shave my hair clipper (3-day beard at best), this razor shave really closely.
This is almost equivalent to a manual razor.
Very smooth shave (he pulled a hair or two, but nothing very serious, and I have not tried to shave with moistened skin). It leaves a good impression of soft skin and still does not seem to be a problem on the hair growth (ingrown hairs or no other then no irritation).
On the autonomy I have not really been able to judge, but no worries yet.
