The Tab 2 10.1 had severe stuttering on the home screen as well as on the Web. Even simple games like Candy Crush have had occasional hangers. I also took advantage of the Tab for reading magazines with Primio app. In the latter the turning was slow and could not represent a complete page
That they no scroll to read properly.
That made me do me move this table to look at because it has a faster processor and most importantly a significantly better resolution. I must say that my needs were well met. The performance is great, contrary to other reviews I have on the homescreen not stuttering and magazines can be read full-page without scrolling vertically. Zoom and page flip is afloat. If you do not see so good but you should think about the 10-inch version. The writing is as sharp but of course quite small in the full page view on the 8.4 inch.
Also, I have to say the speakers are not so well positioned, but I use music anyway a Bluetooth speaker.
The perceived speed is comparable with my Galaxy S4.
