The manual is understandable (with pictures) and easy to imitate. The machine is relatively quiet when she brews. The insertion of the capsules is easy and self-explanatory. In the supply side of the machine were also a bag with saucer (from the collection of Nestle) as well as a tasting selection of different Teekapseln. We liked the green and the black 'tea is best tasted with no additions. The tea is hot, but drinkable (in small sips) and tasted like freshly brewed. As a side dish there was information material for tea and an ordering platform (the capsules unfortunately can not be purchased anywhere). The price of the capsules is relatively high. A 10 Pack capsules costs about 3.70. For the frequent drinker then this is probably an expensive pleasure, but for the occasional cup of tea, it is acceptable.
What we did not like is the packaging waste, which is produced by the capsules (similar to the coffee capsules). Even the packaging waste on the dispatch of the machine is very high. I suppose you have to change also the filter in the water tank, which is also reconnected with costs. Those who wish to make this tea maker, must be able to live with the relatively high related costs.
Overall, we like the tea maker tritzdem very good, it is easy to use, relatively quiet and you can quickly prepare a cup of good tea.
