DESIGN / APPLICATION
The appearance of Ergorapido is certainly not spectacular, but certainly quite respectable for a vacuum cleaner. Its streamlined shape paired with gray, silver and orange color elements gives the device a very modern, comfortable no-frills look. The Ergorapido consists entirely of plastic, but fortunately are therefore very easy. The device makes around a high-quality finished impression.
SERVICE
First out of the box a little assembly is required, what should a precaution consult the owner's manual. However, the work turns out to be very easy and should be done in a minute.
Charging takes place via the places of the nipple to a charging station, which is supplied via cable. Here comes the first shortcoming to light: There is no charge progress indicator. To check the charging, or the battery level, there is only a small light that does not pass around the orange lights in a green when fully charged, but according to instructions "in one minute intervals flashes slowly". So you have to practice longer stare at the display to see if the battery is charged. In my opinion, a little meaningful technical implementation.
In addition, the charging process with about 3 to 4 hours is quite long. Unfortunately, the battery lasts for small apartments just 2 1/2 passages before it is flat. That's too bad, but of course I am aware that this is only a battery vacuum cleaner.
However, these also have the biggest deficit. The Ergorapido can be wonderfully agile and fast moving, he works relatively quiet and easy to operate absolutely foolproof. The suction power is particularly compelling, there is nothing to complain about, the Ergorapido may here safely accommodate even larger non-battery-suckers. As a very nice touch can be a hand-held vacuum slimming cleverly. In addition, there are two different suction levels.
The collection container is unfortunately quite quickly full, but also very simple to empty and clean.
Another weakness is perhaps the fact that the device is not adjustable in height. For great people, this circumstance could be a small problem.
CONCLUSION
With its outstanding properties of AEG Ergorapido makes directly a very good impression. However, one soon becomes clear that the device has the status of a quick alternative to proper vacuum cleaners do not come out. For the battery power is too low, the collection container is too small and the number of additional features (such as different essays, battery level indicator, height adjustment) too low. For the very good quality impression, the surprisingly good suction power and the clever 2-in-1 concept, there are still very good four star.
