- The POLAR belt comes in a sealed plastic packaging that can be opened only with scissors and much wrangling. Since the reclosable box of Wahoo reveals more ago and much less work.
- The PLOAR belt has at one end a hook which must be passed through a loop at the other end to close it. This is not Beibruch but unnecessarily fiddly. The Wahoo belt solves this much better by taking advantage of the sensor as a closure. There you quickly and conveniently includes two push buttons in front of the chest while you have zufummeln the POLAR belt hook and loop on the side.
- Both belts are apparently of the same material, the Wahoo belt I found while wearing but a bit more comfortable. The POLAR belt has occasionally something scrubbed.

When it comes to operation and function is for me the POLAR belt clearly forward. The main reason is that the POLAR belt works. Around belt, sensor surfaces, lightly dampened (IMPORTANT!) Connecting the transmitter, App Launch (Polar Beat, Runtastic, RunKeeper, no problem at all), couple, ready.
The Polar Transmitter is detected quickly and reliably and provides consistently good results. The Wahoo belt made more problems here. This lost during exercise before the connection or had to be started from scratch the next day (the battery in / out) to ever again recognized to be. There were no such problems when POLAR.
The POLAR own app "Polar Beat" makes a much tidier impression as the counterpart of Wahoo. Generally I do not use the belt but the manufacturer apps but apps like RunKeeper or third Runtastic. Of these, the belt is easily recognized.
CONCLUSION:
============
Light There are departures for the POLAR H7 only on comfort. Functionally, it is a very good and reliable device that previously worked perfectly for me.
I'd give 4.5 stars. Since you can only distribute full star and the trend is clearly going up, the result is clear: 5 stars from me.

I have taken pains to grasp the essential together. If there are questions I answer that as far as possible like in the comments. But of course I'm no support and can report only from my own experience :-)
