Very high quality, but unfortunately too thick for a skipping rope, heavy us thus slow

The quality is very good, the rope is flexible, robust and has not the slightest chemical smell. Unfortunately it is very thick and heavy for a jump rope. This weight of each "misstep" with a rather painful whiplash will be punished. The speed can be at this thickness, unfortunately, hardly any increase at two revolutions per jump, simply because the air resistance is too large, accordingly loud it cuts through the air. If there was this rope with about 2/3 of the thickness, it would be perfect as a jump rope.
