This book is very interesting because it takes stock of a balanced diet and addresses many issues such as the glycemic index, glycemic load, fibers, toxic, acid-base balance. This book enumerates much advice, it provides real answers and real recommendations. It does not just copy the NFHP like most books, it goes much further in thinking. Part 2 gives practical recommendations eg the number of recommended dairy, meat, fish etc. The 3epartie addresses the discomforts of pregnancy and prevention through diet. At the end of the book there are even tables summarizing index and indices of food, etc and 6 omega3 report.
In short a very complete and different book of simple recommendations that can be found everywhere.
