The backpack is basically ideal ... only I had to send him back unfortunately. For people with swayback it is unsuitable because it protrudes on the upper shoulders and with the coccyx area padding "strongly" on his back presses ... even if the lap belt is open, it is located on the lower back / tailbone area and stands from the shoulders. The center of gravity is shifted dan downright backwards and you have to compensate for this by slightly forward bends ... I decided for a different model of Jack Wolfskin, this fits perfectly :) Still, he has earned 5 stars, because he in every respect is top and he nothing can for my back problems!
