For now no complaints. Besides being pretty, it works fine. I take just one star to confirm what everybody says, it is a little noisy but ok, it's still an espresso machine. Not abuse, it's still very tolerable, it is not a jackhammer. Moreover I have bought a second for the office, I just took a different color. I also find that the power cord is a bit short.
