I've tried it mainly in the shoulder and neck area, but also in the lower back, where it's a real treat for me. Although the device is really only useful for these areas of the body, I have also been used for foot and calf massage. On her feet, I find the massage super pleasant. At the calves I'm a little too sensitive, so it is not so suitable for this purpose, at least for me, but that should probably try any myself.
