The insole is very similar anatomically seen the Sunbed Six, but has in the heel in my opinion slight differences. Basically, this also means that the Sunbed Fire insole gives a good ride.
The insole keeps feet very warm and insulates the cold from the ground. The upper material is of course different from a pure cold foam inserts slightly more sensitive, but the insole can also be easily washed in the washing machine on a gentle cycle.
I have the insoles now carried at about 2 degrees at the Christmas market and I'm thrilled. For this I must also say, that I have the insoles in non-lined Sneakers used (New Balance 574) and still easily warm feet through the insoles.
There is a point of criticism, which also costs the insoles a star:
In my opinion the size description is not suitable. I first bought the insoles in 43/44, but they were much too small. Otherwise I contribute the Sunbed Six insoles size 44. I have exchanged the Sunbed Fire in 45/46 (sounds on paper huge) and now fit this in my shoes. Just for comparison: usually I wear shoes in 43.5 or 44th
Conclusion:
Here you can safely strike when one seeks an insole that good Wärmeeigeschaften and good anatomical characteristics studied.
