Very poor quality, poor customer service, no guarantee

The phone case I bought for my new Samsung Galaxy. After a few weeks, the plastic shell broke up at the corners. The phone slipped out constantly. Then have the cell phone pocket reclaims the seller with pictures. Initially it was assumed that I would force acting on the cell phone pocket, incredible. The seller was not willing to bear the return shipping. I should now return the true cell phone pocket at my expense, but the recognition of the defect we reserved the right already and pointed out that it is a consumable item in advance. I have not made the return!
In this respect I can only guess HANDS path, the cell phone pocket held not even five months through !!
