The automatic mode is, as can be read even in other reviews, not really productive use, because the device itself at about 70% humidity mostly still "Lo", that is low, displays. But I need him not really because I let the dehumidifier never run unattended. I just turn it in the morning on 4 or 8 hours Timer mode, and it works without problems.
The many air outlet options can let it blow the dried air there where it possibly the most exploited, which is useful especially for the dryer operation. Overall, the unit has 3 different air outlet valves, which can be used to derive the air to the left, top or front.
Tumble mode the already very strong fan is accelerated again, otherwise there is no difference for continuous operation.
The volume I would be moderate. Sleeping is meanwhile not possible, but otherwise this dehumidifier is the quietest I know so far. Both the Duracraft DD TEC10E, and the little brother Trotec TTK 30 S are much louder. Measurement with a sound level meter gives Trotec at a distance of about one meter a level of 45-55 dBA.
The collection container is 4 liters quite large, and easy to empty. When the container is full, the device gives a beep of themselves, but only once, after that it remains quiet, and it illuminates only the optical display for the full vessel.
A power saver is not this dehumidifier, however, necessary to observe with dehumidification. Fans shall not so long run as a smaller, more fuel-efficient dehumidifier. Thus, the cost unter'm line roughly remain the same.
All in all I am very satisfied with this dehumidifier. And for the current price you can not complain too. A star but I prefer starting because Trotec has still not managed to make the automatic mode works decently.
