To completely honest to say that we cook in our family very often and also versatile, but I should have me probably better to buy a single knife for the same price as the many knives that come here probably more what sushi chef is ;-) Personally, I can really only what to do with the carving knife and utility knife ...
We mainly use only the utility knife (already since 3 months) and I had this weekend for the first time regrinding.
So - for home cooks who want to sometimes prepare sushi in between highly recommended!
... Who knows, maybe I'll soon be time sushi just to the other knife even try it?
