This differs from a "normal" floor mats are countless small "spikes" or "knobs" on the underside of the mat. This decline in a carpet and support from the mat. This prevents that the carpet is flattened under the mat.

The mat is very stable and makes a very sophisticated look. The optical quality is also fine.
