In the price range, it is difficult to find viable Dual Sim Phones. The Galaxy Young Duos has made me almost 2 years of loyal service, until I have but then bought a device with a larger screen. It is virtually indestructible, surviving crashes, rain etc It is small and handy and was also also for office work such as email, word processor etc easy use well. It can be synchronized with Exchange and dominates also VPN connections (which many other Android included despite the fact the OS functionality denied).
