It succeeds Alexander Henry by his very systematic, clear approach easy to convey his knowledge. It mostly consists in this course to the flash people photography. So, you learn what equipment (lightning, light shapers, tripods, bags, Funkauslöser etc.) is needed, how to use the equipment, the shooting carried out, and then post-processed results in Adobe Photoshop CC. It also discusses the specifics and differences between light setups in from female to male models.
I am working on it already for some time with this issue and have learned here in spite of existing knowledge back quite a lot. The course is recommended in my opinion, for both beginners and advanced photographers. A certain basic knowledge (focal length, shutter speed, ISO values associated aperture / depth of field) should, however, be present, as it is not explicitly discussed here on the basic foundations. Criticisms come to mind only a few. I think I want to begin complain in particular that the chapter on product photography is down a bit short and maybe a little less perfect than the other chapters. Because me personally this issue currently, but not so much interested in, there is no reason for a point deduction for me.
Even now after working through the whole course I'll get the DVD probably now and again out of the closet in order to refresh the memory of one or the other Photoshop Trick or one or the other light setup again. In short, I find this course very well done and definitely recommended.
