Very complete book on how to do home vegetate of milk and yoghurt. Yogurt rating, it is not only the classic yogurt soy milk (even if Anne Brunner explains how to get them with or without YAOURTIERE) but it is also yoghurt a little more research, white cheese soy yogurt and even a raw almonds (I hate to try). Making soy milk and tofu is very well explained. Coming from an Asian family, I have a very high requirement on the subject and my faith I have nothing to complain about! The author says it all: how to make tofu from A to Z, silky or farm, how to express tofu tofu and even perfumes. Anne Brunner said a word that I find interesting about the cost, it reflects as much the human investment as the price of purchased products.
By cons, look out for people who are unfamiliar with soy products kinds cream, tofu and milk or cereal oleaogineux: this book explains very well how to prepare the house but not how to use it. The author provides ideas, tracks but the book is axis of obtaining these products and not on their use.
Note for people with allergies to soybeans and oilseeds: very very little revenue without or without soy oilseeds. There is a small chapter for milk cereal but the majority of the book is qd mm axis and soybean oilseeds. Excellent book to recommend for people who like homemade and are comfortable with soybeans.
