Similarities:
Common to all versions is increased pressure sensitivity towards the cheap digitizer pens, which are usually supplied with tablets or digitizers notebooks. Especially if you want to draw with the pins to make the positive impact. In addition, in all three variants can be used a soft tip, which considerably improves the writing feeling. The soft pen tips will wear well - but can be bought cheap from the manufacturer.
It disturbed me that all pins the top wobbles more or less. Since there appears to be significant variations in quality: from the two carbon versions, which I have retested from the pack, was not acceptable to me, as to wobble came a noticeable cracking.
Unfortunately all pins lacks an "eraser" button at the end of the shaft - there was literally saved at the wrong end.
Differences:
The quality and material quality is significantly better than the plastic versions of CS-3xx series with the CS-400. The Carbon variant is easily worth the money in my opinion. I can for the very cheap looking plastic pens definitely not say - more than 15, I would not spend it.
The CS-3002 differs yet finally by the function of the other pins: there, the contact point is projected on the display quasi forward. That's when the Samsung Tablets probably necessary for the pen tip and input to the digitizer match. For all other devices so that the drawn line is a piece in front of the pen tip.
Conclusion:
At the current pricing, I think only the Carbon version (CS-400) for thoroughly recommended. I appreciate quality writing instruments and so me makes my Thinkpad Helix with the new Stylus twice as much fun!
Because of variations in quality, the me the writing feel of the tested pins (also the same product variants!) Have noticed, I keep a sample application for strongly advised.
