The pan is really great. You can fry everything in it, it sticks to anything and it is crisp and brown with little fat. The oven is also ideal. I have seen many coated pans and stainless steel had, but none of pan I was so convinced of this as. Cleaning is absolutely effortless.
What I find unfortunate is the grip gloves, it is needed immediately and definitively when the pan is made hot, so you do not turn the food to be fried fingers burns. Unfortunately, the material of the gloves is not particular great. Where you can buy more the things, is nowhere. Better would be that of silicone that can be draufgezogen when working on the stove with the pan.
