WARNING: PRODUCT COMPATIBLE ONLY WITH WINDOWS XP and earlier versions

I photographed the package before opening the hub. Once installed, I note that the HUB is normally detected by my PC (WINDOWS VISTA), but nothing happens when I plug in a hard disc above.

I do not insist and tests all on a second PC (WINDOWS SEVEN). Same price, my hard discs connected to the HUB are undetectable, even through the right click + "Manage" icon on desktop.

As there s no reference to the HUB in itself, I decided to look at the picture of the package, and there a drop of sweat begins to bead.

On my photo, I see that are the compatible OS, starting with WIN 98, WIN ME ... and there, no luck, the hub stored in plastic hid other logos on the packaging and presenting compatible hardware .

So goes into "garbage", and I will recover the packaging in the garbage.

And there, magic, I have my explanation: compatibility only goes up WINDOWS XP .... So that's why it does not work for any of us (except for the person who says that it works with its WINDOWS 8 ... the bowl).

In short, this is a total scam. Given the small amounts, I bought her eyes closed ... so I got screwed. What an idiot! Lesson!

I read a lot of reviews saying it's crap because it is cheap. I do not agree. I had bought a HUB (ok in USB1) kind in 2007 at a price of 5 Euros. It worked very well (and even Vista!), Except that I needed to run to my father (hence the purchase of the HUB m ***). In short, we must have a product that works, even at 5 Euros!

I hesitate to refer this scam AMAZON ... I think I'll have to stamp as expensive unfortunately.
