When I unpacked the freezer initially I was completely flabbergasted. This does not correspond to the product picture. The drawer for ice cubes and the colored operating lights there are in this freezer not only 3 drawers and a simple rotary switch. On the manufacturer's website is another product photo (like the product itself) as displayed on Amazon.
I was looking for a cheap freezer, with about 80 liters capacity, good energy intensity of and an extra drawer for ice cubes. Since the box was damaged during unpacking (if you can do it, that this remains intact is questionable) and a return would have been awkward for us, we decided to keep it. We bought just ice buckets with lids that do not hide or overflow can.
The freezer is doing its job as it should, is perfectly adequate in size for us and you hardly hear operating sounds. A decent product support. A residual annoyance remains due to the missing drawer.
Finally, the mentioned drawer and the product photo resulted in my purchase decision.
My request to the seller was only of 5 days later as answered:
"Thank you very much for your email.
Regarding your request we must inform you that there is here
this seems to be a false application to the Amazon product page.
According to our information belongs in this freezer no ice compartment
delivery.
We ask for your understanding and remain

For me, these are a poor service, because the answer had to wait too long and not even an apology or goodwill (eg discounts) was offered. A bad (poor or inadequate) Seller Location I could not deliver because Amazon in such cases a contact calls, which already took place in this case.
