Waterproof in nagativen sense

Actually, a great clock: Runs very well, makes a high impression and like visually!
But I have my now returned for the 2. because the water, which in this diver's watch after showering (!) Has come out will not come back !! Very annoying. Go once a week swim and let the clock separately in the dressing room, so water can not enter, but I have forgotten last week before the shower! Flooding !! After complaint, although an immediate return form mailed, but what good is that to me?
Will this clock immediately test for leaks in the paddling pool and, if applicable. complain again!
