Even not having read the Thanatonautes and Empire of the angels, this book is perfectly understandable. It's funny, it invites to the reflection on our world, and it seems to come out with more knowledge than before. Unfortunately, as with many books of Bernard Werber, I found that there were some length and I was even more disappointed when arriving at the last line, I saw that he had to wait the next 2 volumes to know what happened. In short, my opinion is very divided on this book
