I am appalled that this novel has sparked two comments so I am starting!
It is by Canal + and excellent emission J.Bonaldi (Either thanked here) that I "met" Alix de Saint-André.J'ai was immediately and totally conquered by its originality and sincerity , her passion for her
"Dede" (A.Malraux) and finally his courage, because speaking of the Church or faith and even his doubts in an issue of "entertainment" is not easy easy ... I rushed on his novel (in the Black Series!) and I was excited. Yes it's true, we do not really know "what it says" (as said one of the critics) but being unclassifiable is not necessarily a fault!
To fully appreciate this novel must maybe have coasted nuns? This is my case and I literally rolled on the floor laughing (I had started on a train but I had to stop) and all the friends to whom I lent thereafter worshiped too. And it's not that funny! The first page of the Loire speak as I have never read anywhere except perhaps in Peguy but he spoke of Joan of Arc than the river.
Since I read all of Alix de St-Andre and I loved everything ...
