I had bought in the summer of 2010 a Belkin iPad Leather Sleeve and was very happy with the product. Therefore, I decided again for the same product, now when I wanted a ipad1 away with envelope. Unfortunately, the product no longer meets today the originally purchased from me. First a small hole for the light sensor has been added, which I once valued positively. But the material was changed apparently. In fact, the leather transpires (or what imemr it is) very strong now a very unpleasant odor of which diminishes slowly after several weeks. The closure is not made for frequent remove. The best one in and then leave in. The build quality is decent, but the smell really disturbing. I advise the company to return to its original leather suppliers. Otherwise, you can no longer recommend this.
