This little book does not put us eyeful, is well known there is more choice, the harder it is to do, but it is decorated with beautiful pictures that give us an overview of what we can cook . After a preamble on the use and maintenance of a plancha, a lot of recipes of pickles and sauce we are explained, followed by other ideas of starters, main course and dessert.
I particularly appreciated the ideas that different from cooking on the barbecue plate or, for example based on bread and eggs before I was in the toaster and stove. We find a little of everything, but the accompaniments are rare and that's a shame. However in such a small package, there is nothing to complain about. Note that I found this book in a format much smaller but less practical in my opinion.
