Here I received this book for Christmas, I adore baking and after numerous books on this subject, I was eager to finally discover a book by a world champion pastry. The cake of my dreams that promises nothing but the title! I flipped through the book carefully. Positives: some pretty simple enough to realized revenue. Negative points: fingers ice, the chief told us to buy coconut shortbread and deposit the ice in the middle of biscuits, in short no not even explained recipe coconut shortbread and the title of the book is still the cake of my dreams ? obviously we do not have the same dreams. Failure cotta recipes, fruit salad, milk shake ... without much interest. If I were christophe michalak, I will be ashamed to file my name on the book.
