Why such a bad sound?

Then I ordered this headset and the result was exactly the same. Although super easy to use, but just too quiet and a very unsatisfactory sound quality. To make sure that it's not just my call partner or the network reception, I called different people from different places.

So why so many rate here the good sound is a mystery to me. Am I spoiled?
Anyway, it's a pity, because such a part is really very useful, even if you will bescherzt by others as busybody when running around with that thing in your ear. Nevertheless, for a long lasting use absolutely inappropriate.
