Actually, I wanted to go back a mobile phone with a real keyboard. They are so pleasant and surprising when entering text. I type effortless one A4 page. Since these species are apparently produced only more of Blackberry, I had to take a decisive step and just try with the Lumia. After a short familiarization phase, it works pretty well. Use the automatic text correction is then no longer so difficult. However, the input speed is still suffering a bit.
A small disadvantage there when operating WP8 already: Simple settings, such as internet connection and Wi-Fi on / off or Contact Search require too many "clicks" until finally there is. That this is not faster ?? And there's no menu to pull down (as well as iOS or Android), where the most important messages, etc. are displayed. Well, well manageable.
So far I have found all the necessary apps and never experienced any system crash. Runs smoothly and stable.
The internal memory can indeed be filled with all manner via USB cable from the PC, but then the files on Lumia are neither visible nor usable. Very clever ... Only photos and music finds the smartphone. Office documents are not recognized. These can be loaded only via Skydrive. Bit of a chore!
Camera? Insanely good.
Battery: keeps constant with 3G data connection and about 2 hours phone calls and other useful things (Navi, SMS, Whatsapp, flashlight) loose one day through. Of course, much depends on the specific use.
A little tip:
A suitable plastic shell protects the mobile phone not only helps but also that it does not wobble when you operate at the table (due to the protruding camera lens back).
Everything from one source, it will be called in the future at Microsoft. Apple hats pre-shows in certain white.
