The flash is the "better" little brother of YN-560 II. He has the same functions (except slightly lower guide number of "only" 53) as the YN-560 II + (!!!!) wireless TTL automatic control (as a slave) for Canon and Nikon cameras, ie you do not need additional wireless trigger (radio sets) and the Flash output adjustment is automatic !!! The flash funktionier with the master-capable TTL cameras (eg Nikon D7000 or Canon 600D) and the master-capable TTL flashes (I have the Nikon SB700)
For 72 Euro incl. Shipping it's even cheaper than YN-560 II with add. Wireless Remotes (together about 76 euros) and you get to have the full TTL functionality as a second flash. TOP!
