WITH GLASS DISPLAY NEVERMORE ;-(

in August 2014, I gave my girlfriend birthday the moto-e in white. since it is their first smartphone and it does not matter so much, it should be cheap and good. Of course I took it the same to me "under the microscope" and tested it extensively :-). the performence and the display surprised me because it leaves a very good impression, so a good impression, that my girlfriend my moto-e in black at Christmas gave ;-)). (I had a 3years old smartphone)

positive:

+ Great 4,3zoll display (just the right size for small jeans pocket above right)
+ Resolution 960 x 540 pixels (very good in the price sector)
+ Price (99)
+ Pixel density of 256ppi
+ Corning gorilla glass (since 21.05.2015 2Stars deduction) see update below ...
+ 1.2GHz dual core
+ 1GB RAM
+ Working at high speed
+ Micro SD Slot
+ After update 4.4.4 KitKat
+ Grippy rubberized back slightly
+ Good voice quality
+ 3.5 jack for headphones
+ Battery life (continuous surfing ca.7std.)
+ Useful and good motorola apps installed (you can (n), you must (s) but do not use)
+ Fast wireless connection

negative:

- 5MP camera with no autofocus (for good pictures I take always a DSLR) ;-)
- Quality of the images just enough (but definitely useful)
- No front camera
- Only 4GB of internal memory, 2.17GB real (with micro SD but it is expandable)
- Battery glued and not changeable (1stern deduction)
- For complex 3D games too slow (you know beforehand, or ;-)))
- Have not found any way to store contacts on SIM Card :( (tips?) :)

Conclusion:

for 99 you get a very good smartphone with a great display and faster / liquid performence. Those looking for a low-priced smartphone and not always the "latest" shit gets here needs a really good phone offer, the price is compared to the quality is really very good.
surf, play, make calls, take pictures, write messages, listen to music, create appointments, weather, news, etc., etc. All class all top ;-)). who needs a cell phone for 300-800 ???

PS: Actually, I wanted to give it 5-stars, but since the battery stuck out nonsensical grounds and is not interchangeable, can and I have to deduct 1 star (durability = environmental = wegschmeiss policies = no go) :(

PPS: My parents have now also one, and are very satisfied :-))).

Update on 21/05/2015:

Now it happened, I had a premonition that a glass display, the phone is 5 months old and already scrap. it is vll but fell down 3-4 times now with broken glass :( a side sideways from the break no longer works and I can not, unfortunately, no longer decipher because I had a "pattern lock" that no longer works now:... ((

My three year old Samsung smartphone is determined fell off 20 times and still works "and again" perfectly. thanks Screen Protector sees the display still like new :).

ok, can not help Motorola, but this was my first and last smartphone with a glass display.
Too bad, I thought it was really good, but every few months, for a 100 Smartphon and I do not want to spend: ((.
