Preliminary again to me as a player. I II + III played previously WAW, BO I + II and MW, with priority for online and although I Playtime technically now have to belong to the elite (a very dubious fame), my rating looks entirely different from all the time somewhere at a rate of 0, 80th My personal gambling behavior can be roughly divided into two styles: with fully automatic weapons you will not find me in corners; I prefer rushe round semi-successful. With my other hand, I liked Snipers already examined me like the highest points and holding back on me also happy ^^ times free with mines. Well, but now for the review, I will first refer almost exclusively to the core: the multiplayer ...
A few words about the campaign: This I have previously alluded. You seem to be in the usual quality. A solid graphics (for anno 2013) strikes a banal, overloaded, but well-staged story. So as usual: Can you by playing well, it is a priority to me but to the MP.
The multiplayer - at CoD meet even now so many players to each other that it is the developers anyway impossible to please everyone. Here a good mix of all the preceding parts was created for my own feelings. Much has been tried and tested thrown together with a couple of very good and successful innovations. The result is a very sovereign MP.
The Maps. I have now read here many times before, that they were too big and confusing. I can not accept this, I liked so far almost all - and also did not have to search forever until I found opponents. They are mostly medium to slightly larger, but this built very interesting. Some are perfect for sniping (so the dilapidated castle with the vast terrain in the prison in the jungle with the beautiful lookout or the Snow Card), which has changed here since the first day a lot. On release day you could, for example, still completely undisturbed in the burning house (Stonehaven) or the Watchtower (jungle) and sit wegballern everything -. Today we must because not more than two seconds out keep your head. Is so good: There are Sniper corners, but not the best. Other cards are mostly designed for medium-range, ie primarily on assault rifle and MP. Then there is the strike zone as well as the typical small Metzelkarte (also were the DLC card's otherwise mostly a bit smaller, so small cards are likely to come). It is true that some of them are quite twisty. I wonder how to make maps varied without there Camper places - which is expected to be a thing of players, be less of Maps. So far, I is not really disturbing noticed in "Ghosts" than other parts. The announced dynamics is well felt in some, in others I would have hoped for more (and "Free Fall" is not merely mixed, but not in TDM or FFA playable).
The Weapons. One thing first: Man dies in "Ghosts" much faster, but when you get used to it, it's just something else, but I find it not at all disturbing. With the DMR there is a new class that are located between Storm and sniper rifle. My first impression when the weapons had that much was simply taken over, the second impression, however, that but a lot of good and new and are thereby able to score all well in their own way. In addition to the new class, there are still a novelty, although limits the flexibility, but also weaker weapons a special charm gives: There are some weapons preinstalled essays, so the steal no point in the selection menu. So have some pre-installed muffler. Laser pointer, there is almost no more - exception is an assault rifle (visually the "peacemakers"), which has this already been fully integrated. But they seem to be fairly compensated, only in terms of shotguns might think it existed not - you really find in MP anyone who plays it. Unlike BO II here are assault rifles, the predominant class, before MPs. I'm a little sniper affinity with cod. For those who like to handle that, "Ghosts" will be a little mirth. Because the four snipers and four DMRs has virtually eight weapons - if you turn a blind eye - pass as Sniper. MPs are on the distance here is much weaker than in BO II because they forgave more. Weapons Conclusion: A good mix: a few familiar encounter many new. Oh yes - the annoying pointfinder from BO II was responding. Now there is the tracking visor which, although also marked the enemy, but the field of view extreme limits, so it is useful, but not above ground.
Colors are for the weapons, as unlocked in BO II, through various victories. However, with the advantage that here all the colors can be unlocked from the start, it takes merely longer.
Killstreak. Here, "Ghosts" is based on strong MW III. There are both passive (you have to collect over the duration of the match, primarily supportive) and active series (you have to collect in one life, primarily offensive). Here are many popular and well known - ie gun, Hind, Hellstorm rocket ...
But also some new. So there are the "dog team" in a new way: you get a single dog, the enemy announcing and attacking and tried in the case of a lost battle to avenge also. So you shoot someone with a dog, one must assume that this attaches itself immediately to your heels. Very successful, even if the dog has not always been perfect. As a passive series there eg. Weapons boxes (which were often taken on the first day, now they have lost a bit of its charm but because each is likely to have even well-equipped weapons). In entirely new form of the "drone" appears that is no longer actually exist. Instead stationed anywhere on the map small radar stations that make those enemies visible on the radar that you've seen yourself. So weakened slightly, but also easy to get.
There are but a very ingenious and delightful novelty. At first I was shocked that there are no stocks in the selection menu - but they are also in a different form. So there recently "field orders," which you can collect on the cards in the form of a small suitcase and must meet the same life. You have to create for example a direct hit, melee kill an enemy -. So all things that are feasible. Then you get the inventories, partly own, specially tailored to the maps (on the laboratory card there for example. Sabotage, so the whole lab is filled with smoke, so you could see almost nothing on the entire map, marked the enemy for are for the executive team; in Strike Zone there is a nuclear strike, which transforms the whole map in ruins ^^)..
The level and challenge menu. Gadgets (Incidentally, there is an immense variety, although some of them are not really useful) are either enabled by Level progress or you can use for its hard-won tokens. Weapons and attachments can unlock only with the latter. Theoretically, therefore, already have one at the beginning of all weapons to choose from - but in fact you have to think carefully about what you use its unlocks as you will (unlike BO II) thus not exactly overwhelmed (level progress and completed challenges). Challenges are inspired by MW III; Essay challenges are but eg. No longer linked to weapons, but apply regardless.
Business cards. Again, it is similar with MW III. So you can make a logo (a pity), but is a background for the brand earn plus a patch. This consists of a suitable emblem and the name (eg "enemy of the public.") - Ie as in MW III.
Character. Here, finally, a step was taken, the time was too slow: Not only can you visually adjust his players, but now also play women.
More. The rankings are optional at upper right and a bit smaller, the other hand, no longer Ping. However, the games run largely stable - and the Killcam also shows an image, unlike BO II, which is similar to my. In BO II I had it really often that I had no idea who I was caught, only to be seen by the camera that he was supposedly in front of me, although not visible during the game. For the launch of the first or second player to incidentally receive help "Ghosts" some extra EP.
Graphics in MP. Here no major progress has been made, but I feel as absolutely appropriate. No Grafikmonster not, by far; but not annoying.

Conclusion. I think in every CoD everyone has its elements, which he appreciates. To bring all these under one roof, is simply impossible, because they are mutually exclusive in some cases. I personally find "Ghosts" very, very successful, because it is much once well-known MP retains the match but enriched by interesting innovations. As with any predecessor, there are also here little quirks, but it would still exactly the same, so you also should not play the various parts. I for one find "Ghosts" very successful and find, although there are criticisms that the often given a star completely disproportionate. But to each his own - my "Ghosts"!
