It is evidently thicker plain paper with an embossed surface structure. As such, it was okay, a sketchpad with textured paper is similar.
In the description, an "inkjet coated surface" promised - but the missing! Therefore, it can also print the same on both sides .... - But definitely not "High resolution up to 9600 dpi" and without "brilliant photo quality"
