This live recording of Mahler's Symphony No. 6 by Claudio Abbado and the Berlin Philharmonic is one of the best recordings of this powerful symphony. Abbado conducts quickly without rushing, the orchestra plays very emotional and it unfolds a glorious sound. I highly recommend this recording, especially those who like to hear a lilting Mahler.
