Indeed one would expect from Philips, a world expert in the field of planned obsolescence (practically invented the concept at the beginning of the century) the machine to stop working outside the warranty period (2 years). But no ...
What's even funnier is that obviously this machine stop working after 1 year in everyone (in light of comments) for any problem of oxidation of a magnet, or a contact problem for the tank, either for a temperature sensor problem). This therefore leaves much to think that this is not really a design error but simply a sale of error. This model should have been sold in countries with a warranty of 6 months - 1 year and not in the EU.
This machine deserves 5 stars because it is the de facto "free". Either you use one and Amazon pays you. Either you use one and Amazon sends you the same and it is left for one year.
What more? Philips thank you!
