Baptiste Mylondo included this idea in a perspective resolutely left, and distinguishes many proposals of some political movements that represent, for example Christine Boutin and Dominique de Villepin Galouzeau: income envisioned these is granted under condition (s) and n does not reach an amount for living and to "ensure access to essential goods and services" (subtitle of this book). Their proposal is part of the accompaniment or support of capitalism. The approach of Mylondo objected. It aims to empower individuals constraints of wage labor and capitalism, thus indirectly out of it, and to promote the autonomy of each, ensuring a stable and sufficient income to engage in social activities financial useful or risky (create activity), etc.
As he writes, his approach does not correspond to the logic "work less to work all" obsolete (though political leaders are not really there), but the "all work to work less."
The author, after describing the project meets the various objections made to it. He also compared to other proposals, such as the right to work (but not constitutional applied for forty years) or "living wage" of Bernard Friot for example. The book is very clear, well organized, and its reading is easy. It is clearly for the largest audience possible.
Can advantageously be read in addition the book "A draft manifesto for an unconditional endowment decline of autonomy" which has very ambitious variant of this proposal.
