The Mini Panel Meter works as described, a mini battery keeps the clock internally in operation even if nothing is displayed when the supply voltage is switched off, and the temperature measurement is true exactly as the voltage display. The unit also works with the voltage source to be actually measured (possibly could decouple with a resistor), the display is bright and well read on the day, however, something should be shaded with sun.
