The device itself is serving without problems. Rugged construction, the installation works without objection.
However, the built-in status LEDs are too bright, so I had to hide the splitter behind the TV. However, even brighten the blue LEDs in a darkened room or the ceiling with a blue glow.
The biggest problem is the enclosed power supply. This is rather poor. In standby mode, when the splitter so is not active, this emits an extremely unpleasant high-pitched squealing. Also, there was a negative impact, as I put it in the same current distribution as the device for which the fragment was intended (a Dreambox) stuck. The PSU sparked namely in connection with the socket every time reproducible restart the Dreambox from what could only be avoided if one selects a different power connector for the power supply of the splitter.
Because of this, I had to replace it with a simple switching power supply the power supply now.
