As a gift I ever bought a GyroTwister Classic and a Powerball Basic, because I could not decide quite myself, and therefore both wanted to try. In direct comparison, my copy of GyroTwisters is much grumbling and louder than the Powerball, which runs much quieter. Perhaps it is a random fluctuation in production quality, but in this case the Powerball was better balanced and thus - at about the same price - just enjoyable and recommendable. The Powerball has fully met my expectations. I recommend explicitly the basic version, as compared to the Lightning version (which I could try with acquaintances) can the Basic Start simple as it seems. Simply fire up the flywheel with toughened thumbs, has been running the ball without starting cord.
