I received the product quickly, but as there was no explanation, I had not seen that the usb part that goes into the computer was actually stored in the back of the mouse. I sent believing that usb element was missing, the response was courteous and quick.
The mouse works well, pafaite for the price! Quite big, but good handling, immediately recognized both Windows and Ubuntu, running even on a not completely flat surface (to be honest: my couch and above my bed), so no complaints for now very satisfied.
