Works in the Nikon D800 - Update 02/04/2014: speed test.

The card is fast enough in the Nikon D800.
After trying out a Transcend 400x and they did not work in my Nikon D800 (camera it did not know and told "Card Err"), I have decided for this card.
Price / performance is unbeatable at this Kingston CF.

Now I've been here for almost a year with this card in my D800 road. The card never abandon Readme far. Meanwhile, I have also carried out tests with my new Lexar Professional Dual-Slot LRW300URBEU external UDMA card reader USB 3.0. Software was "H2testw" in use. The results are 95% identical with me via stopwatch measured @ copy paste results in Windows 7. The results I would not hide from you:

Reading Speed: 62,5MB / s
Write Speed: 51,4MB / s

The map is in my opinion quickly enough for a D800. Of course, there are cheaper and faster cards. But these are mostly of the NoName manufacturers, in that I have no great confidence.
