I have received the machine proper packaging and rapid time limits (4 days from order to delivery). One thing for another user, not put the machine on dessuite, I know the temptation is great but it's a cold goupe mean what kind fridge freezer to make ice quickly. So for my case I received the carton lying in, I waited like 24 for a fridge to plug in 220V. I put the water in first, made connected. There was some noise the first time because it must pump samorce then I am very surprised because for a small chiller, it is very quiet. For me 7 minutes after plugging 10 ice cubes on top. I recommend this product, but beware wait 24 hours before it is connected if the case of the compressor as I read.
