I am inflicting so my steaks and chops. This works sometimes perfectly. Only the cleaning is difficult because every now and then is not enough for me rinsing fluid underwater. I do this then knocker in the Spüli. So that part is wonderfully clean, however, the metal begins to oxidize (aluminum is the detergent of attack). The next time you use the meat is then "gray" because the oxide layer is deposited as a gray grime in the flesh. So if the part is in the Spüli, then it must be removed as soon as possible after cleaning out the Spüli and dried with a towel. Strictly speaking, it is not suitable for dishwashers. This notice can be found in the product description is not. It is only succinctly "metal".
I would recommend this product therefore NOT recommend! I'll dispose of my time soon.
