I use this USB-OTG cable to control with my Nexus 7 2013 my D800 camera. It works well, the cable is good and wobble-free in the USB port of the Nexus, the connection is stable. What more do you want.

(Side note, if anyone has problems: The Android system of Nexus currently has prevented a bug that USB OTG One has to change, start the Nexus new system language in the settings to US English, and already works until.. next time you boot, you can then change the language in German. This has nothing to do with the cable.)
