Apparently, there is plenty of light and plenty of shade when it comes to this objective. I was lucky and caught no "outliers" in quality. Whether you are the wider aperture or the stabilizer preference, is hotly debated and, of course, depending on what you want to use the lens. For me, the maximum aperture 4 was acceptable, and I really wanted to have the stabilizer. Therefore, the decision was made in favor of this new objective, and I'm happy with my choice.

Macro mode is a nice addition, but really useful it is for me not because you have to zoom in only 70 mm focal length is too close to the objects which z. B. is difficult for insects, also due to the lighting. I also think that the lens but clearly losing resolution in Macro mode when strong dimming (for depth of field).

My tip: Who needs a stabilizer and can live with aperture 4 must strike - If you want a macro lens, should better look at the longer fixed focal lengths (100 or 180 mm).
