Wow - really cool Spätzla

I have been more than 40 years cockroach my "Spätzla" with the knife from the board and thought I try times this Spaetzle Wonder, yes it can further away if it does not meet my expectations - but which are in fact if you do it right exactly the same as spaetzle scraped off the board. I have the test done again with my handgeschabten and once with the Spaetzle Wonder and could see almost no difference. I am of course looking forward beastly about that is because it's much faster and easier. And for the eye they look real "hand-scraped" from. I have the Spaetzle Wonder for 10 days and I do not want to miss.
